MBA Program

The Romanian–French INDE MBA programme combines the expertise of two prestigious higher education institutions: the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) and the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts of Paris (CNAM). It is a programme for professional development validated, at academic level, by AMBA (Association of MBAs) and ARACIS (National Council for Evaluation and Accreditation), and in the business environment, by the graduates’ professional success. The graduates of the INDE Romanian–French MBA programme obtain double certification:

  • Diploma of MBA : Master in Business Administration, awarded by CNAM Paris
  • Diploma of Master : Romanian-French MBA, awarded by ASE Bucharest

The Romanian-French INDE MBA is organized around 3 main components which rely on different learning experiences: management sciences, development and knowledge in action. The Romanian-French INDE MBA programme targets six learning goals for students around the acquisition of knowledge about businesses and the business world, personal intellectual qualities and technical capabilities:

1) Acquire, or consolidate fundamental and actionable knowledge in all the management fields as well as in the underlying scientific domains.
2) Understand and anticipate the major stakes of the business environment including the management of complexity as well as the issues related to ethics corporate social responsibility.
3) Develop their ability to communicate effectively in French and English
4) Improve curiosity, critical thinking, intellectual autonomy and leadership.
5) Increase their critical spirit and their autonomy vis-à-vis their own personal and professional goals for the medium and the long term; increase their readiness to face permanent change.
6) Develop their entrepreneurial spirit.
