Schedule of the admission

The steps to be followed for the admission to the Romanian-French INDE Professional MBA program:

Step 1: Enrolment for Admission (1st of June 2020 – 19th of September 2020)

A scanned copy of the enrolment file will be sent to the following email addresses: office@bbs.ase.ro and cornelia.spanu@bbs.ase.ro or will be uploaded directly on the platform admitere.ase.ro.

Step 2: The pre-selection of eligible candidates (23rd of June 2020- first round and 20th of September 2020- the second round for the remaining available places)

The list of eligible candidates for the interview, who are selected on the basis of the enrolment file, will be displayed.

Step 3: Interviewing the pre-selected candidates (26th – 28th of June 2020 – first round and 21st – 23rd of September 2020- second round for the remaining available placesInterviews with the pre-selected candidates will take place.

Step 4: The announcement of successful candidates

The lists of candidates who are successful, unsuccessful or in the waiting list will be displayed on the website at www.inde.ro, in alphabetical order, within 24 hours from the end of the interview.

Admission requirements

For the entrance examination to the Romanian-French INDE Professional MBA program, graduates with bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, regardless of the field and year of graduation, who additionally meet the following requirements: they have at least three years of professional experience and have knowledge of English communication, are entitled to participate.

Enrolment file content:

  • copy of the baccalaureate diploma (and the transcript of records for the high school years)
  • copy of the bachelor’s diploma (or certificate of equivalence by MEN)
  • copy of the academic grade record/diploma supplement;
  • copy of the ID card;
  • copy of the birth certificate;
  • copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable);
  • two letters of recommendation (Reference form);
  • other documents which support the applicant’s professional and linguistic training;
  • certificate from working place showing a working experience of at least three years;
  • medical certificate in original (proving that the candidate is apt to follow the MBA program), issued within maximum 6 months from the inscription date;
  • one recent photograph ¾;
  • copy of the receipt evidencing payment of the enrolment fee (300 RON);
  • curriculum vitae that includes:
    • education:
    • Initial training (institution, period, type of degree, the overall grade point average);
    • Internships / courses / training seminars in Romania and abroad (institution, period, type of degree, the overall grade point average of graduation);
    • Self-assessment regarding the level of English;
    • professional experience (organizations/working period/positions);
    • current job;
    • description of the main tasks and responsibilities held at your current job.
  • motivation letter, written in English, showing a brief motivation in pursuing the MBA program and the anticipation of the way in which its completion will contribute to the development of the candidate’s career (Motivation letter);
  • standard application form (Application forms ASE and CNAM; Questionnaire); 
  • Self-statement of own responsibility regarding the consent of personal data processing (Annex 8
  • Self-statement of own responsibility regarding the authenticity of documents uploaded on the admission platform and the correspondence between digital/ scanned and original documents (Annex 9)

The documents of studies and/ or civil status (birth/ marriage certificate), issued in a language other than Romanian, will be accompanied by certified translations into Romanian language.

Admission interview

The admission interview is held in English in front of a board of professors made up of representatives from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), Bucharest Business School,  and the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts from Paris (CNAM). 

The structure of the interview:

  • A brief self-description (Experience and personal projects from the professional and managerial point of view);
  • Exercise of identifying problems affecting the operation and performances of one’s own company;
  • Simulation of a case of self-responsibility in the context of organizational change of one’s own company;
  • The level of knowledge of English (knowledge of French is an advantage);
  • The candidate’s expectations of the MBA program;
  • Significant further steps taken as holder of the MBA diploma.

For the evaluation, each member of the examination board assigns a 10-1 score for the following criteria, calculating the weighted average:

  • General Behaviour (attitude, the ability to hold a discussion etc.) 20%;
  • Professional Experience 30%;
  • University training 30%;
  • Other Qualities (interest for the study, foreign languages, potential for leadership and entrepreneurship etc.) 20%

The minimum admission grade point average is 7.00.

Tuition Fee

The courses of the Romanian-French INDE Professional MBA program will start from October. The tuition fee for the Romanian-French INDE MBA program is 6,000.00 euro (3,000.00 euro / year, 4 installments / year of 750 euro / installment).
