For admission to the INDE MBA program, the following steps must be followed:

The first step

Enrolment for Admission (1^stof February – 20^thof September)

A scanned copy of the enrolment file will be sent to the following email addresses: cornelia.spanu@bbs.ase.ro and/or inde@ase.ro.

The second step

The pre-selection of eligible candidates (until 15^th of June – first round and until 20^th of September – the second round for the remaining available places)

The list of eligible candidates for the interview, who are selected on the basis of the enrolment file, will be displayed.

The third step

Interviewing the pre-selected candidates (in June – first round and in September – second round for the remaining available places)

Interviews with the pre-selected candidates will take place.

The announcement of successful candidates

The results will be sent by email, individually, to all participants, within 24 hours from the interview.

ENROLMENT FILE

Here is all you need to know about how to enrole to INDE MBA program.

You will need :

Certified copy of the baccalaureate diploma (and the transcript of records for the high school years)
Certified copy of the bachelor’s diploma (or certificate of equivalence by MEN)
Certified copy of the academic grade record/diploma supplement
Copy of the ID card
Certified copy of the birth certificate
Certified copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable)
Ttwo letters of recommendation (follow link – Reference form)
Other documents which support the applicant’s professional and linguistic training
Certificate from work showing a working experience of at least three years
Medical certificate (proving that the candidate is apt to follow the MBA program)
Two photographs ¾;

For the application process to the INDE MBA program you need:

A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, regardless the field and the year of graduation
A good level of English
Minimum 3 years of experience in the working field.

ADMISSIONS INTERVIEW

The admission interview is held online in English in front of a commission made up of representatives from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) (https://www.ase.ro/index_en.asp) – Bucharest Business School (https://bbs.ase.ro) and the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts from Paris (CNAM) (http://www.cnam.eu/site-en/).

The structure of the interview is:

A brief self-description
Experience and personal projects from the professional and managerial point of view
Problems affecting the operation and performance of one’s own company
Simulation of a case of self-responsibility in the context of organizational change of one’s own company
Assesment of the English level (knowledge of French is an advantage)
Candidate’s expectations from the MBA program
Significant steps taken as holder of the MBA diploma

For the evaluation, each member of the examination board assigns a 10-1 score for the following criteria, calculating the weighted average:

General Behavior 20%
Professional Experience 30%
University training 30%
Other Qualities (interest for the study, foreign languages, potential for leadership and entrepreneurship, etc.) 20%

The minimum admission grade average is 7.00

TUITION FEE

The courses of INDE MBA program will start at the end of September.

The tuition fee for INDE MBA program is 7,000.00 euro (3,500.00 euro/year, 4 installments / year of 875 euro / installment)
