During this module, students explore the legal environment of business, from a comparative European law perspective, and discover different types of regulations that apply at different types of businesses and companies.

By the end of this module, students will:

• Be able to solve business law case studies, useful in everyday practical activity
• Identify some ethical issues in business
• Learn about the most common legal mistakes entrepreneurs make and how to avoid them
