The Expand your Horizons module is especially designed to help MBA students discover new areas of the business world and understand how to develop business strategies in an international context starting from a local business.

By the end of this module, students will:

• Understand how to create strategies for exploiting the opportunities offered by global markets
• Understand what are the main difficulties for Romanian businesses going global
• Brainstorm on how could Romanian business create sounder global development strategies
