Orientation

This introductive module provides with a comprehensive understanding of the MBA program, its expectations, and the resources available to support your academic and professional development; you will also start to feel  a sense of cohesion and collaboration within your colleagues and be equipped with the skills necessary to work effectively as a team, while also deepening the understanding of your personal and professional strengths, weaknesses, and values, and how they align with the goals of the MBA program.

By the end of this module, students will:

• Develop an awareness of the program’s curriculum, goals, requirements, resources and support systems available to you during your MBA journey
• Get to know your classmates and form a supportive network
• Engage in self-reflection and self-assessment activities to gain insight into your personal and professional values, motivations, and goals
• Practice effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
