Strategy

This course is especially designed to help MBA students understand the role of strategy as a source of competitive advantage in a global economy.  It also offers a global, up to date perspective of developing global strategies.

By the end of this module, students will:

  • Understand changes in global economy and the importance of strategy
  • Explain the difference between different strategies in global business
  • Highlight the role of strategy for business sustainable development
